Dermal Filler

What are Dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable products, derived from hyaluronic acid, that are used to fill your wrinkles and iron out the creases. They give volume and definition to the lips and cheeks.

Which brands do we use?

We offer selected brands like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Emervel and Vycross.

What are they used for?
To correct or enhance facial contours; cheeks, nose, temples, chin and jawline, soften wrinkles or folds, help define, correct or enhance lips including vermillion border, improve tear troughs (hollows under the eyes). They can also be used to restore volume in hands and can restore the tone, texture and hydration of the skin.

What is the procedure?

It takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour in average. After application of topical local anesthetics, dermal fillers are injected at specific sites.

Does Dermal filler treatment hurt?
Topical anesthetic is applied just prior to the treatment to minimise discomfort.

Are there any side effects?
There may be some redness, swelling, bruising, itching and discomfort after the procedure, though most of the side effects are temporary and usually resolve quickly.

“My hope is that if I take good care of my skin and use Botox, I won’t have to use anything else”

-Courtney Thorne-Smith-

What aftercare should you take?

It is advised not to wear any make-up for at least 12 hours, avoid alcohol, vigorous exercise, sunbathing, and extremes of heat or cold for 14 days after treatment.

How long does the effect last?
Dermal fillers show instant results and the effect can last up to 18 months.

Is it suitable for me?
